NCAA Hires Staff - March 2003
Volunteer leaders, no matter how dedicated, can only do so much, this is why your board of directors has hired the firm Innovative Resources, LLC, headed by Brad Shipp, former NBFAA Executive Director to manage the day to day affairs of your association.
“It has been some time since we have had any staff to aid us in our efforts” according to NCAA President Tim Miller “This has limited our effectiveness. Now with the expertise that Brad’s firm brings I am excited about what we can do on your behalf. But we need your help to ensure that what we do is what you want.”
